How do I return an item?
If your return has been registered on our website, you can return the item to us in the following way:
- Pack the item securely so that the original product and its packaging are not damaged or lost.
- Make sure that the return package is provided with your order number, so that we know who the return comes from.
- Send the package to our return address and ensure sufficient postage

Who pays the shipping costs of a return shipment?
When do we pay the shipping costs for your return?
We will pay the shipping costs of your return if one of the points below applies to your order.
1. If you have received a product that you did not order;
2. If you receive a defective product;
3. If you have ordered a product from us based on incorrect product information on the website.
When do you have to pay the return shipping costs yourself?
You must pay the return shipping costs yourself if one of the points below applies to your order.
1. If you are not satisfied with a product;
2. If you accidentally ordered the wrong product.
Check the PostNL website for the current rates for parcel post or letter post.
If you, as a consumer, make use of your right of withdrawal, you will be liable for the costs of return at most.
We recommend that you always send a return shipment with track and trace or registered mail. If your package is lost at a postal service during the shipping process, we will not be liable.
When can I return a product?
You have a reflection period of 30 days from the day you receive a product. Do you want to return the product? Then read our conditions below.
Are you unsure whether you can return a product? Then avoid unnecessary costs and contact our customer service so that we can assess this together.
You have 30 days to decide whether the product meets your requirements. Not sure yet whether you want to keep the product? Then leave it in the original packaging. Do you have to unpack the product to judge this? Only do this to the extent necessary to assess whether the product meets your requirements. Keep the product in its original condition and do not use the product. In the case of opened, incomplete or damaged products, or products that clearly show signs of use, we reserve the right to pass on the resulting reduction in value to you. This depreciation can amount to 100% of the purchase price. Is the packaging damaged? Then we can choose to only partially reimburse the product. In any case, do not write any text on the packaging and do not stick any stickers or tape on it.
If you want to return the product, you can fill in the return form on our website within 30 days of receiving the product. You then have 14 days to return the product. Pack your products to be returned well protected in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transport. You bear the risk for the return shipment yourself. Don't want to run the risk of your product getting lost? Then send the package by registered mail and keep your proof of shipment. This way you can claim a possible loss of your product from the delivery service.
Some products fall under the exceptions and cannot be returned:
Products manufactured in accordance with consumer instructions (customisation);
Software whose seal has been broken;
Redeemed or completed vouchers and vouchers;
Products purchased other than directly from Actiemarkt.com (for example via Bol.com, these can be returned via Bol.com);
Products that fall under the exceptions referred to in Article 8 of the General Terms and Conditions. Such as, for example, products that are sold sealed for hygienic reasons and cannot be returned if the seal has been broken: such as; in-ear headsets, razors, etc. But also sealed audio, video recordings and computer software, the seal of which has been broken after delivery.
Depreciation
Products that are used, damaged, or returned without packaging, we are forced to charge depreciation. However, we can only determine this depreciation after you have returned the item.
Sealed products
CDs, DVDs and other media containing audio or video recordings or software where the content can be easily copied without affecting the condition of the original are often sealed. As soon as you break this seal, you lose the return right. The product will then no longer be taken back.
Practical examples
You order a product and take it out of the packaging to see if it meets your needs. If you open and/or damage the packaging while this is not necessary to determine whether the product meets your expectations, there is a chance that we will have to pass on the resulting reduction in value to you. This can amount to 100% of the purchase amount. By looking at the photo of the product and carefully reading the product information we provide, you can usually determine whether or not the product is suitable. In addition, you can always ask questions to our technical service during office hours.
You install or assemble the product, but after a few days the quality is not what you expected. Because the product has been put into use, we can charge you for the depreciation.

If you revoke the agreement, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and in any event no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will pay you back using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not be charged any fees for such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest
What if I ordered via Bol.com?
Have you ordered a product via Bol.com that you want to return? Request a return form via the Bol.com site.
To return your product, log in to your Bol.com account. In your account you indicate what you want to return. Bol.com will then send you a return form. This form also states the address to which you can send the return shipment. Bol.com ensures that you get your money or another product back as soon as possible. Do you not indicate in your Bol.com account that you want to return a product and have you opted for postpay? Then the entire amount of your purchase will be charged.
